Can you help us make our educational content visible, relevant, and distinctive for teachers and students in higher education?
About Boom Higher Education
Boom Higher Education develops and publishes educational materials for students in higher education. Within the Health & Welfare division, we collaborate with a broad network of academic programs, instructors, and students. Boom has established a strong and recognizable market position in this field, offering content that is in-depth and relevant to current social issues.
What will you be doing?
As a junior marketer, you will be part of the marketing team and work closely with the marketer for the Healthcare sector. Together, you will form the marketing team for the Healthcare & Welfare Fund.
The focus of your role is on content creation in the broadest sense of the term: from conceptualizing and producing to publishing and analyzing content that informs, inspires, and engages our target audiences. In addition, you will:
- Writing, editing, and (co-)designing content for: newsletters, the Boom platform, LinkedIn, and other social media channels;
- Contribute ideas on content formats and work with the marketer to execute plans for content pieces (such as newsletters, posts, and product campaigns) for the Care & Welfare fund;
- Provide support for data management and data analysis, for example by monitoring and interpreting results using tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI;
- Contribute to the further development of the marketing strategy within the team.
Where and with whom will you be working?
You will be working in a team of five marketers and will report to the Higher Education Marketing & Sales Manager. There is plenty of opportunity for collaboration, asking questions, and learning on the job.
The appointment is for 12 months, with the intention of extending it if the employee performs well.
At Boom, we want to provide a work environment where you can reach your full potential and where everyone feels at home. A work environment with diverse people, opinions, and perspectives that allows us to view our work from different angles.
