We’re not just any hospital; we’re a leader in healthcare, where innovation and improvement are at the heart of everything we do. As a Junior IT Service Desk Support Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to build your IT skills in an environment that makes a real difference for patients and colleagues.
You’ll work in a casual atmosphere with an enthusiastic and dedicated team that’s eager to share its knowledge with you. With plenty of opportunities for learning and development—such as training courses and our Antonius Fit program—you’ll have every chance to continue growing professionally. And with a 36-hour workweek, including options for a 4x9-hour schedule, you can easily balance work and personal life. Build not only your future here, but a career in healthcare.
You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues regarding technical questions and system issues. You will learn to independently resolve common problems and assist your colleagues from the help desk with various IT issues.
After your training period, you’ll be able to switch quickly between tasks, such as preparing, issuing, and documenting mobile devices, and creating clear manuals. For more complex issues, you’ll consult with colleagues and ensure they have the right information to help resolve them. This way, you’ll keep everything running smoothly.
