As a Junior Financial Advisor and Contract Manager, you will work within the Control & Business Change department of the Long-Term Care division. This division is jointly responsible for the implementation and accountability of the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz).
As a Junior Financial & Contract Manager, you will serve as a key advisor and point of contact for healthcare procurement. Together with the healthcare procurement team, you will engage in discussions with healthcare providers, focusing primarily on the financial aspects of the contracts. You will contribute ideas regarding rates, agreements, and terms, and ensure that these are properly documented. You draft contracts in collaboration with the Healthcare Procurement department and verify that agreements comply with legislation and our VGZ policies.
Your portfolio focuses primarily on care for people with disabilities (GZ) and mental health care (GGZ) under the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz). You are always looking for ways to improve monitoring. In addition, you accurately document contractual agreements and propose process improvements.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 13 dedicated colleagues, ranging from junior to senior staff. We work closely with other departments, such as Healthcare Procurement and Policy. With us, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and help build a more efficient healthcare sector.
