
As an Impact Investment Manager, you will work with the DOEN Ventures team to manage the financing and administration of the DOEN Ventures portfolio.
DOEN Participaties B.V. is the investment arm of Stichting DOEN, the fund of the Postcode Lottery and VriendenLoterij, and has been investing for nearly 30 years in innovative startups that are making an impact in the fields of the regenerative economy—both domestically and internationally (including circular business models, landscape restoration, and renewable energy)—as well as in the field of social entrepreneurship. The DOEN Participaties team currently consists of three Investment Principals, two Investment Managers, one Investment Associate, one Investment Analyst, and one Investment Officer.
The Impact Investment Manager we are looking for will be responsible for financing (convertible loans, direct investments, and fund investments) and managing a portion of the portfolio. The focus is on financing pioneers making an impact in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Scandinavia. Part of the pipeline comes from the DOEN Foundation. You will therefore work closely with Program Managers at the DOEN Foundation. In addition, we expect the Impact Investment Manager to actively scout and select pioneers.
