Impact Investment Analyst (NL)

What will you be doing?

As an Analyst on the DOEN Participaties team, you’ll play an active role in investments that contribute to DOEN’s green, social, and creative vision. Working closely with your colleagues in a self-managing team, you’ll help strengthen the impact of our current portfolio and support the process of evaluating new investments. This includes financial analyses of early-stage startups, market research, and even assisting with contract negotiations. In addition, you’ll help identify innovative and forward-thinking entrepreneurs who may be eligible for funding.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic background (university-level thinking);
• Has up to 3 years of relevant work experience—for example, in venture capital, at investment funds, or through an internship in the investment or financial sector;
• Feels a strong connection to the mission and values of DOEN Participaties;
• Is interested in sustainable consumer products (pre);
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus, or you must be willing to learn it.

Where do you work?

You’ll be working from our sustainable office, just a six-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid station. The application process

The application process consists of three interviews, a case study, and an assessment.
Because integrity and responsible conduct are essential to us, a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required upon hiring. Unfortunately, candidates without a valid VOG are not eligible for this position.
