HR Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HR associate to join our friendly and professional HR team, who will work for both the PO-Raad and the VO-Raad. We need someone who can easily switch between the two organizations, each of which has its own procedures and terms of employment, as well as a variety of operational tasks. In addition, you will proactively contribute ideas on how to improve (digital) processes.
The wide range of tasks will require you to be able to work independently and set priorities effectively.
What will you be doing?
- All operational activities related to intake, throughput, and outflow
- Support for the recruitment and selection process
- You answer questions about collective bargaining agreements and personnel policies
- You will assist two HR consultants
- You will help optimize HR processes
Who are you?
The PO-Raad is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on HR professional with experience who can quickly grasp the big picture. You have a deep understanding of operational HR processes and recognize how important they are to both organizations. You work at the operational level and thrive in a dynamic environment.
What are you bringing?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an HR department in a similar role
- Knowledge of and experience with AFAS is a must
- Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
What do we offer?
- A position for 24 to 32 hours per week for a period of 6 months; ideally, you can start in mid-September of this year

- The PO-Raad follows the CAO NU collective bargaining agreement; the position is classified in pay grade 8 (minimum €3,072 and maximum €4,103 per month on a full-time basis), depending on knowledge and work experience
- Vacation pay 8%
- Year-end bonus: 8.3%
- 232 vacation hours per year for full-time employees
- Option to accrue additional compensatory leave
