What do we offer you?

The terms of employment for the position of HR Associate are in accordance with the VVT collective bargaining agreement.  

• A one-year contract for 32 to 36 hours per week, with the possibility of a permanent position. 
• A salary between €2,770.00 and €3,590.00 gross per month (FWG 40) based on a 36-hour workweek. 
• Year-end bonus (8.33%) and vacation pay (8%). 
• Pension accrual with PFZW, travel allowance, and a group discount on health insurance. 
• Access to training programs and courses through GoodHabitz, so you can continue to develop your skills. 
• A net bonus of €500 for referring new colleagues. 

What will you be doing? 

Together with your immediate colleague, you’ll take on a challenging and varied role. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team within HR Operations, where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to improve processes and learn. Your responsibilities: 

• Monitoring and managing cash flows and subsidies such as WGA, WAZO, the Sickness Benefits Act, and LKV. 
• Supporting administrative processes and ensuring that all HR documentation is in order. 
• Identifying and resolving issues: you contribute ideas for improvements and are not afraid to take the initiative. 
• Taking action when documents are missing, such as by calling immediately to request a missing Certificate of Good Conduct. 

You’ll be working in a role that is still evolving. This means you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, actively seek solutions, and work with your colleagues to help develop HR processes at Cordaan. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who: 

• Has at least an MBO-4 diploma
• Excels at managing complex Excel spreadsheets. 
• Loves structure and responsibility. 
• Is proactive.
• You’re comfortable with a role that’s still evolving: you ask questions and enjoy helping to shape the role yourself. 
• Although we work in a hybrid model, you’re happy to come into the office regularly to stay visible to your colleagues, so you can respond quickly and contribute directly to teamwork.

Cordaan is here for everyone in Amsterdam who needs care, support, or guidance. This includes older adults with dementia or physical ailments, children and adults with intellectual disabilities, and people with mental health issues.
