
We are looking for an approachable point of contact for managers and employees of both the PO-Raad and the VO-Raad to assist with a wide range of questions regarding, for example, the application of HR policies and terms of employment. You will be able to navigate seamlessly between the two organizations, each of which has its own procedures and terms of employment. In addition, you will be involved in setting up and implementing various (strategic) HR projects outlined in the annual HR plan. The diverse nature of the work requires strong prioritization skills and the ability to maintain a broad overview of the entire process.

The VO-raad is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on HR Advisor. A true generalist who, together with the HR team, ensures consistency and continuity, fosters collaboration, and drives continuous improvement. You understand better than anyone how HR processes support organizations and are results-oriented. You work at the operational, tactical, and partly strategic levels, and you thrive in a dynamic environment.
The PO-Raad and VO-raad are the sector organizations for primary and secondary education. They represent the common interests of school organizations in basic education and special (secondary) education. In addition, they drive innovative projects and knowledge sharing within the sector. Quality is paramount. The offices of the PO-Raad and the VO-raad operate through teams and departments organized by subject area. The internal organizational culture is professional and informal.
