Are you a collaborative HR advisor with a passion for diversity, media, and people? Do topics like sustainable employability, good employment practices, and inclusion inspire you? Then we’re looking for you!
NTR is the public broadcaster behind programs such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Dream School*, *Kunststof Radio*, *Podium Klassiek*, *Nieuwsuur*, and *Andere Tijden*. We produce socially relevant programs for all audiences. From science to culture, from education to current events—something for everyone.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR advisor (f/m/x) for our HR department, 32–36 hours per week.
As an HR advisor, you serve as a strategic partner for both managers and employees. You move effortlessly between policy and practice: from individual cases to organization-wide issues. You stay abreast of relevant developments both within and outside the organization, translate these into concrete policies, and actively contribute to their implementation.
The NTR is undergoing a period of change, with upcoming budget cuts and a cultural transition. This offers you, as an HR advisor, the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and help build a future-proof organization.
You are an experienced and dedicated HR professional with a strategic mindset and a people-oriented approach. You understand the dynamics within organizations and can respond to them proactively. Thanks to your strong communication skills and organizational awareness, you are able to build connections at all levels.
In addition, you have:
A one-year contract with the possibility of extension. This is a versatile position with social significance within a dynamic, open, and inclusive organization. The position is classified in pay scale H of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel (€3,767.86 – €5,926.19).
As an NTR employee, you will receive, among other benefits, a 6% December bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than 5 weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
At NTR, we place a high value on work-life balance. That’s why, whenever possible, we offer a hybrid work arrangement. We support this approach with the right tools and technology, so you can always stay productive and connected.
Furthermore, you’ll have an independent role where, in consultation, you’ll be given plenty of freedom and flexibility to structure your workdays. Of course, you’ll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who are happy to help you with this.
NTR strives for an inclusive organizational culture that reflects the diversity of our society. An atmosphere where everyone feels at home and connected contributes to job satisfaction and offers maximum room for inspiration and creativity. We believe in the value of every individual, which is why our job openings are open to everyone. For example, are you someone with an immigrant background, a physical disability, or neurodiversity? Then you are also warmly welcome to apply.

Climate-conscious working is a top priority at NTR. Together with colleagues from other public broadcasters, we participate in the ALBERT sustainability program, through which we create the conditions to strive for a minimal carbon footprint in everything we produce.
We value ambition and are happy to contribute to your development. Do you want to advance your career, try something different, or learn something new? NTR offers plenty of opportunities for this internally, but thanks to our training budgets and your personal career budget, we believe that personal growth extends beyond the workplace as well.
