HR Consultant

What will you be doing?

• As an HR advisor at Ieder(in), you are responsible for personnel and strategic organizational matters.
• You advise, coach, and support executives and managers on HR matters

  issues.

• You are the point of contact and coach for employees.
• You will ensure the efficient management of the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new

  employees.

• You will ensure that personnel and payroll records are accurate and up-to-date, with a focus on

  to ensure that processes are completed on time and in compliance with legal requirements. You maintain an overview and know

  when attention is needed.

• You provide advice on HR topics such as hiring and turnover, mobility, training issues, and

  absenteeism counseling.

• You are responsible for the HR budget and the procurement of temporary staff

  temporary staffing, occupational health and safety programs, etc.

• You have a thorough understanding of employment law and serve as a liaison

  between the employer and the works council.

• Finally, you contribute to the strategic development of the organization by

  various projects, such as: hybrid work, organizational development, good employment practices, and the Ieder(in) Days.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an independent HR role.
• You have proven coaching and consulting skills.
• You are able to switch effectively between strategic, tactical, and practical levels.
• You must have at least an associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
• You’re a good communicator, proactive, and enjoy working with others.
• You’re good at keeping track of the big picture, have a strong analytical mind, and are quick to spot relevant trends.
• You are confident and persuasive.
• Finally, familiarity with Afas is a plus.

is governed by the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement. The position is classified in pay scale 10 (€3,802–€5,702) and is

depending on education and experience. A year-end bonus, a career budget, and participation
