What will you be doing?

  • As an HR advisor at Ieder(in), you are responsible for personnel and strategic organizational matters.
  • You advise, coach, and support executives and managers on HR matters

  • You will ensure the efficient management of the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new

    employees.

  • You will ensure that personnel and payroll records are accurate and up-to-date, with a focus on

  • You provide advice on HR topics such as hiring and turnover, mobility, training issues, and

    absenteeism counseling.

  • You are responsible for the HR budget and the procurement of temporary staff

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an independent HR role.
  • You have proven coaching and consulting skills.
  • You are able to switch effectively between strategic, tactical, and practical levels.
  • You must have at least an associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • You’re a good communicator, proactive, and enjoy working with others.
  • You’re good at keeping track of the big picture, have a strong analytical mind, and are quick to spot relevant trends.
  • You are confident and persuasive.
  • Finally, familiarity with Afas is a plus.
