About the Fund

Our organization is committed to fostering a vibrant performing arts scene that is as

may appeal to a wide range of people and is at the heart of society. That

all with a focus on artists and performers from various genres and

generations.

The Performing Arts Fund provides multi-year support, various programming-

and production grants, individual contributions, and programs to support new

encourage initiatives. In addition, the Fund is involved in the

international promotion of Dutch performing arts. The organization

consists of more than 70 full-time employees and a large pool of external

consultants.

What will you be doing?

Your profile

Our ideal candidate:

• Takes initiative, is proactive,

• Has a college-level education and way of thinking;
• Has extensive theoretical, practical, and

  up-to-date knowledge in the field of HR;

• Has experience working on projects,

  advise and communicate;

• Has well-developed skills in

  the areas of environmental awareness, organizational sensitivity, and sharing

  knowledge and the analysis of information;

• Experience working in the public sector

What do we offer?

• Part-time position (24 hours per week);
• One-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position

  contract;

• Gross monthly salary in accordance with the BBRA pay scale

  10, ranging from €3,045.91 to €4,848.81 based on a 36-hour workweek. The starting salary is

  depending on your experience;

• Thirteenth-month bonus, vacation pay,

  pension;

• You will work both from home and at the office;
• Good facilities for working from home, such as a
