From the office in The Hague and from home, you’ll help ensure that one of the two chambers of the Dutch parliament runs as smoothly as possible. How? Identify, advise, develop, and evaluate
You will be working within the Registry Office as part of the Human Resources and Legal Affairs team under the Organization Department. As an HR advisor in a small government organization, you will have a broad range of responsibilities. In this role, you will provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to members of the management team, for example regarding the application of employment terms and conditions and other organizational issues. You will also answer questions from managers regarding HR-related matters, such as absenteeism and performance reviews. You will contribute to the development and evaluation of HR policy. When necessary, you stand by your well-reasoned advice, even if it sometimes meets with resistance. You are aware of the political and social role of the Senate in society. You handle this appropriately. And if a conflict arises? Then you remain calm, stay neutral, and seek the best solution.

Monthly salary: Min. €3,662 – Max. €5,586 (gross)
Employment status: Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract
