Arkin is an umbrella foundation that encompasses 11 specialties. This means people can turn to Arkin for all treatments in the field of mental health and addiction care. Arkin treats more than 35,000 clients, and we do so with over 4,200 colleagues at locations in and around Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Utrecht, Amersfoort, and Hilversum. Arkin is also a training institute and conducts scientific research.
The People & Organization department develops and implements HR policy, with various teams that provide optimal support for these areas and contribute to the organization’s objectives. People & Organization consists of the following teams: Employment Conditions, Wellness & Mobility, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Payroll & HR Administration, and Planning & Temporary Staffing.
The team you will be joining, Terms of Employment, Well-being & Mobility, consists of specialists who develop and implement policies related to terms of employment, job evaluation, working conditions, well-being, absenteeism, and mobility. The coordinator of the Arkin Volunteer Center is also part of the team. Everyone has their own area of focus and also works on other areas or projects. There is plenty of room to shape this role according to your own insights and to support one another based on expertise and preferences.
