We are looking for anHR Officer (m/f/x) to join our HR department starting June 1, 2026,for32–36 hours per week.
We are looking for a coordinating HR Officer with a keen eye for numbers and structure—someone who can keep our many HR processes running smoothly and is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll combine data-driven HR administration and process coordination with contributions to HR projects and recruitment. You’ll ensure the quality, consistency, and continued professionalization of our HR processes. From onboarding to absence tracking, from reporting to system improvements: you’ll be an indispensable link in a wide range of HR processes.
Together with two dedicated colleagues in the HR back office, you will ensure that our HR processes remain reliable, efficient, and future-proof.
This is you:
A one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The start date is June 1, 2026, but an earlier start date is negotiable. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position is compensated within salary grade G (€3,449.57 – €5,056.94) of the Collective Labor Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel. The other terms of employment are also in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.
As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than five weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
