HR Associate

About the role
Do you work with precision, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others? And do you get a kick out of improving processes while keeping the paperwork in order? If so, this role as an HR Associate is the perfect fit for you.
Working alongside a team of HR professionals, you will ensure reliable and efficient HR administration. You will serve as the link between HR operations and HR consulting, and support colleagues throughout the organization. You will carefully enter personnel data into AFAS and contribute to the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
You’ll be working in an organization where no two days are alike. You’ll walk in through the artists’ entrance, run into dancers, hear the choir rehearsing, and see designers working on costumes. It’s an environment where craftsmanship and creativity come together, and where your organizational skills will directly contribute to the organization’s success.
About you
You have several years of experience in a similar role and work in a meticulous and organized manner. You are familiar with AFAS or are skilled with systems and know how to efficiently set up and execute administrative processes. You communicate clearly and collaborate well with various colleagues. You maintain a clear overview, even when things get busy, and take the initiative to handle tasks independently.
What we offer
- An appointment initially for one year, with the intention of extending it
- A gross monthly salary between €2,991 and €4,131 based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on knowledge and experience. This will be increased by 3% effective July 1, 2026
- 30 days of vacation and 5 days of compensatory time off, plus an 8% vacation pay bonus and a generous pension plan
