As HR Manager at FranklinCovey Benelux, you will take the lead on key areas such as recruitment, development, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our human capital policy. You will advise, coach, guide, and support managers in the Benelux region on all HR matters. Our organization is growing rapidly, so we are always looking for new employees. As a result, you will spend a significant portion of your time on recruitment.
