As an HR Manager at FranklinCovey Benelux, you’ll take the lead on key areas such as recruitment, development, engagement, and HR administration. As HR Manager at FranklinCovey Benelux, you will take the lead on key areas such as recruitment, development, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is a broad HR role within an organization of passionate people who want to make a difference and are committed to FranklinCovey’s mission: We enable greatness in people and organizations everywhere.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing our human capital policy. You will advise, coach, guide, and support managers in the Benelux region on all HR matters. Our organization is growing rapidly, so we are always looking for new employees. As a result, you will spend a significant portion of your time on recruitment.
Current topics you will be working on include:
- Training and development;
- Employment terms and conditions for employees;
- Engagement and job satisfaction;
- HR administration (contracts, payroll within the Benelux).
Who We're Looking For
Can you use your empathy to serve as a unifying force within our network organization? Do you enjoy collaborating with others and find it second nature, and are you eager to contribute to the organization’s culture? If so, we’re looking for you. You must live in the Benelux region and have at least 5 years of work experience; preferably, you’re accustomed to working within an international organization.
