As an HR business partner, you will be responsible for a specific “client portfolio,” which consists of one of our 11 specialties (where care is provided) combined with one of the support services and/or one of the vocational training programs. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment for employees within the organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated HR advisor who handles the more operational issues. Together, you’ll provide comprehensive HR services within your area of focus.
You are an HR business partner and play an active role within various teams. You serve as an advisor and strategic sparring partner in areas such as HR policy, leadership and cultural issues, and organizational (change) development. You provide advice and guidance in cases involving complex issues. You contribute to activities and projects that enhance employees’ expertise, engagement, job satisfaction, and well-being. You shape HR initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture and leadership. You contribute to employee retention and Arkin’s appeal to new employees.

The People & Organization department includes various HR policy and operations teams, such as Employment Conditions and Well-being, Personnel and Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Mobility, and Learning & Development.
