HR Business Partner
(32–40 hours per week)
The HR team contributes to WWF-NL’s strategy by making a targeted contribution to the development of the organization, the teams, and the people. As an HR Business Partner, you serve as a sounding board for managers on a wide range of HR issues. You make an impact by supporting and coaching managers, resulting in engaged and inspired teams. In addition, you’ll collaborate with your HR colleagues on projects that contribute to the organization’s development. These may include performance management, employee well-being, and pensions. Although the role requires a high degree of independence and self-reliance, you’ll also draw a lot of energy from the collaboration within our multidisciplinary team and the daily coordination with your internal client.
You will serve as an inspiring sparring partner for the management team at WWF-NL. You will advise them on how to further develop their teams into engaged, passionate, and impactful teams. You will be able to translate the teams’ needs into HR solutions. The focus here is on the personal and professional development of individuals and teams, absence management, recruitment and selection, performance management, talent management, and sustainable employability. More administrative HR tasks, such as those related to absenteeism, are also part of your responsibilities. An important part of our organizational strategy is ensuring equality, fairness, diversity, and inclusion. You advise managers on these matters, both when asked and on your own initiative. You are an integral part of the leadership team of the department(s) you work for. In addition, you’ll be part of a dedicated HR team and will take on various HR projects together with your HR colleagues. You’ll work closely with colleagues in HR administration and be part of the international People & Culture community.
