What will you be doing?
You will provide advice on a wide range of HR topics to the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. This includes issues related to employee recruitment, strategic workforce planning and career guidance, the application of employment terms and conditions, organizational consulting, and development-related matters—such as (personal) leadership. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact at various levels within our faculties. On the one hand, this involves ad hoc questions that you answer immediately based on your expertise as an HR specialist; on the other hand, you also provide advice on employee development, the development of our organization and culture, and the desired quality and quantity of our workforce in the long term. It is, therefore, a great combination of achieving concrete results on a daily basis and helping to shape the future of HR policy within the faculties at a strategic and tactical level.
In addition, there are opportunities to work on faculty- or TU Delft-wide HR projects, which makes your job even more varied. In this way, we make a meaningful contribution from our field to the best education and excellent scientific research at TU Delft. You’ll also have the freedom to shape your role in your own way.
