You may work behind the scenes, but you play an important connecting role:
Contributing to strategic success: As an HR advisor, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing the goals and priorities outlined in the strategic HR plan. You will collaborate with colleagues on various HR topics and projects, and in some cases, you will serve as the project leader.
Professional consulting; As the link within the organization, you serve as a consultant and sounding board for managers and team leaders. You also act as a point of contact for employees, whether regarding collective bargaining agreements, personnel policies, or personal matters such as illness and leave.
Communication and Analysis: You play a key role in internal communication to build support for policies and regulations. By analyzing trends, developing key performance indicators, and providing management with strategic insights, you contribute to well-informed decision-making.
Ensuring efficient HR administration and processes; You are responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records for all employment relationships within the organization, including salaried employees, independent contractors, and volunteers. You are closely involved in the efficient execution of HR processes and procedures, playing an active role in improving and optimizing these processes. In addition, you are the one who implements the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Gatekeeper Act in practice.
Collaboration: You will work closely with the HR team to coordinate policies and projects, and you will seek to collaborate with managers, team leaders, and employees whenever possible.
A passionate HR professional: You’ve been working in an HR role for some time and may be ready for a new challenge (such as moving from HR associate to HR consultant, or expanding into a broader field) where you can further develop your skills. Personality and skills: You have a positive, open, and enthusiastic personality. You have strong advisory skills and a keen eye and ear for what’s going on within the organization. You interact easily with all kinds of people within the organization.
Hands-on approach: You have strong organizational skills, are proactive and decisive, and enjoy seeing things through to the end and achieving results. You also excel at thinking and acting in a process-oriented manner.

Flexible working hours: 18–24 hours per week (0.5 or 0.6 FTE), spread over different days, with flexible working hours (and locations) available. We offer plenty of vacation days, and you can take time off during school breaks.
Contract: Initially a one-year contract. After that, there is a possibility of renewal or a permanent contract.
Compensation: In accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Arts Education (scale 10, minimum €3,241 and maximum €4,809 gross per month for full-time employment). Salary will be determined based on your professional experience in the field.
