The Northern Netherlands

The Orchestra is a versatile and leading symphony orchestra that is breaking new ground

participates in specialized programs with a focus on high-level

performing the symphonic repertoire. The NNO is the orchestra of and for the

concert halls, but also outdoors, at schools, and other venues.

As an HR Advisor:

  • Do you agree?

    You will serve as the primary point of contact for and manage internal communications regarding all HR matters

    topics;

  • give shape to and

    content that translates into strategic and practical HR policies;

    on a wide range of HR topics and support managers in

    implementing the established HR policy;

    responsible for (implementing, streamlining, and ensuring) all HR

    processes related to employee onboarding, career progression, and separation;

    in various meetings (including the HR network of Dutch orchestras) and

    and management information systems, and identify opportunities for improvement in

    work methods and procedures.

  • You must have at least a bachelor's degree in

  • You have at least five years of work experience in a
