As an HR Advisor in our People & Organization team, you will provide HR support to various departments and specialized units. You will play a key role in advising and guiding management on HR policy. You will handle employment terms and conditions, legal issues, and absenteeism matters, as well as collective bargaining agreement (CBA) issues, and ensure compliance with Arkin policy. Together with your HR business partner, you will form a team so that you can serve as the point of contact for a specific specialty or department. In addition to your work as an advisor, you will also manage a few projects in your portfolio. Projects include, for example, setting up Jong Arkin. Will you be our HR expert?

Arkin isone of the largest mental health care institutions in the Netherlands and a leader in the field of urban psychiatry and addiction treatment. With 11 specialties, we have our own expertise in psychiatry and/or addiction treatment. We collaborate as closely as possible to jointly provide the appropriate care for our clients. We do this from a large number of locations, primarily in Amsterdam but also in the Amstelveen, Utrecht, and Amersfoort regions.
The People & Organization department is responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR policy. The department employs various HR and policy advisors to provide the best possible support to the Executive Board and the specialized units and to contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.
The Human Resources department consists of HR Consulting, Expertise & Employee Benefits, Learning & Development, Mobility & Recruitment, and Payroll & HR Administration.
