Do you think it’s important for young people to always have somewhere to turn when they’re worried? Would you like to help create a safe space where young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can share their stories without any pressure? At @ease, we’re here for them! Whether it’s heartbreak, stress at school, worries at home, or mental health—anyone can talk or chat with us for free and anonymously. No young person should have to face life’s challenges alone when things aren’t going well. And with your commitment as a lead trainer, we can do this even better!
What will you be doing?
@ease is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our national coverage as well as the number of training sessions and our pool of trainers. We are therefore looking for a Lead Trainer (24 hours per week) to fill this key role. When delivering a training session, you will take on various roles; in addition to being an expert, you will also serve as a facilitator, group leader, and, above all, a connector. Together with six other trainers, you will deliver our training sessions to volunteers and professionals. Providing peer support and guidance to the trainers is another important part of the job. We are looking for a lead trainer who not only makes an impact with inspiring training sessions but also dares to innovate, is committed to implementing improvements, can elevate the training sessions to a higher level, and encourages the trainers in their professional development.
- Delivering training sessions:In collaboration with the team of trainers, you will lead our two-day training sessions for volunteers and professionals at various @ease locations across the country. You will also develop follow-up training programs and provide continuing education for the trainers.
- Innovation and continuous development:@ease is growing not only in the number of locations but also in the number of volunteers and professionals. You will use your expertise to provide guidance on new formats, such as e-learning or blended learning programs. In addition, you will take our existing training programs to the next level. In doing so, you will ensure quality and make sure that these programs continue to align with our vision and methodology, even as they are scaled up.
- Promoting learning:You translate our training programs into clear models and effective methodologies to ensure that participants learn as effectively as possible.
- Strategy:You ensure that the training is tailored to a diverse audience of volunteers and professionals. By carefully tailoring the content, you engage both groups and create an environment where both volunteers and professionals can actively participate and learn from one another. You handle specific questions professionally without losing sight of the group as a whole.

And also:
