ILFU is the largest literature festival in the Netherlands and organizes events and courses throughout the year. We have also recently launched anonline platformwhere we publish new stories, poems, book recommendations, and festival highlights every day. We firmly believe that literature has the power to change both yourself and the world, which is why we share stories from as wide a variety of writers as possible.
On our platform, we publish fiction that helps you better understand the world. These stories are made possible by ourmembers. As an ILFU member, you demonstrate your commitment to the importance of fiction, support writers with new commissions, discover new writers and stories, and can revisit festival programs. More than 1,200 readers have already joined ILFU. Now it’s time for the next step: making the platform even more diverse and connecting even more visitors and members to ILFU. We are looking for a new colleague to work 24–36 hours per week who will take the lead in driving the platform forward. For more information: https://ilfu.com/word-ilfu-member.

- You will also serve as the platform’s “product owner” within the organization; you will maintain contact with external developers (web agencies and designers), participate in related meetings and workshops, and, in short, serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the platform’s functionality and user-friendliness;
- You will work with the marketing and communications team to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting new members and website visitors.
- You continuously monitor the reach and impact of platform stories, newsletters, and campaigns so you can make adjustments and optimize them as needed.
