How does DOX work?

DOX has been a household name in the Netherlands for over twenty years

the field of innovative performing arts for young people with roots in urban arts

based in Utrecht. Our core business is talent development and

producing with young creators and performers. Creators conduct preliminary research, among other things, or

small projects with the young talents of the DOX Club.

You can easily set up an efficient workflow and monitor your budgets with two

a sounding board for your team, providing perspective, structure, and clarity

regarding production processes. A large part of your responsibilities involves

overseeing pre-production, staffing, and drafting

rehearsal, editing, and tour schedules. As the head of production, you are also

responsible for facilitating a safe onboarding process and

What are we looking for in you?

• You have excellent organizational skills;
• You can connect with the topics where

• You know what it's like to work with multiple budgets

  and work on and monitor schedules simultaneously;

• You enjoy providing guidance and coaching

  to share with your colleagues in the production department;

• You monitor the progress of the manufacturing process,

  identifies any bottlenecks and takes action where necessary;

• You know how to make decisions under

• You have the necessary verbal and written

  proficiency in both Dutch and English;

• You will be responsible for the
