You have excellent coaching skills and can support employees in their personal development. You have a results-oriented mindset and know how to get others on board with it. The support team serves as the public face of the organization: they hold exploratory conversations with residents seeking assistance, develop preventive programs, work closely with frontline staff, and empower residents—if necessary, with the help of a light referral.
The expert team is responsible for steering efforts toward goals and results through active coordination, assessing and evaluating more complex requests for assistance, and referring individuals to customized services. Both teams collaborate extensively with other entities in the social services sector, such as the Social Support Act (Wmo), the right to education/compulsory education, and the primary care sector.
