Are you an expert in the behavior and development of (young) children, do you take a collaborative approach, and do you find fulfillment in empowering teachers, teams, and schools to find appropriate solutions? If so, we are looking for you to join us as a Behavioral Specialist at the PPO-NK Partnership.
We are working together to advance the movement toward inclusive education, where all children are welcome at a school close to home. Every school provides an inclusive learning environment where all students—whether or not they require additional support—can grow and learn. Our core values are collaboration, professionalism, transparency, and flexibility. We view appropriate and inclusive education as a shared responsibility. That is why we are building a robust support network in which education, care, and support are closely interconnected.
You observe, analyze, and translate your observations into recommendations that help strengthen foundational support. You guide teams in developing a collaborative approach, encourage reflection, and contribute to a culture of learning within and across schools. You adopt a systemic perspective and involve the broader school and partnership network when doing so helps to develop an appropriate approach.
In addition, you will play an active role within the PPO-NK expertise team. You will contribute ideas on how to deploy expertise in the region, organize reflection and peer review sessions, and help foster knowledge sharing and professional development. You will also provide insights and analyses that help further develop policy and quality within the partnership. With your expertise, collaborative attitude, and keen insight, you will strengthen education, the support structure, and ultimately the prospects of all students.
Do you see yourself in this profile and would you like to use your expertise to contribute to inclusive education in Noord-Kennemerland? If so, please send your cover letter and resume to secretariaat@ppo-nk.nl by Wednesday, January 14. Interviews will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
