Functional Administrator for Healthcare Automation and Telephony

What does Cordaan offer? 

The terms of employment for the position of Functional Administrator for Healthcare Automation & Telephony are in accordance with the VVT collective bargaining agreement (FWG 55). In addition, you will receive: 

• A one-year contract for32–36 hours per week withthe possibility of a permanent position; 
• A salary ranging froma minimum of €3,504 to a maximum of €5,029 basedon a full-time (36-hour) workweek; 
• An end-of-year bonus equal to 8.33%of gross annual income andan annual vacation allowance of 8%;

What will you be doing? 

As a Healthcare IT & Telephony Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining existing systems (in collaboration with the vendor), advising on system improvements, and participating in projects to implement these improvements. You will also serve as the point of contact for questions from Cordaan locations regarding telephony and healthcare IT systems. Furthermore, managing and executing administrative processes is an important part of your work and of the services provided.  

Here are a few examples of home automation and telephone systems currently in use at Cordaan:  

• Hosted voice systems;  
• Fixed-mobile integration;  
• Mobile Device Management;  
• Nurse call systems;  
• Camera system. 

Where will you be working? 

Cordaan provides care to approximately 20,000 people from 120 locations in Amsterdam, Diemen, Huizen, and Nieuw-Vennep. We do this with over 6,000 employees and more than 2,500 volunteers, in collaboration with family caregivers, other healthcare professionals, research institutions, and social organizations. Who are you? 

You are results-oriented and aware of your surroundings. You also have strong communication skills and always know how to make customers happy.  

You also have: 

• Acompleted and relevant associate's degree. Examples include Human and Technology or Health Care Technology; 
• Up-to-date knowledge of telephone and healthcare automation systems; 
• Demonstrable experience in a similar position; 
• Excellent command of the Dutch language;  
• Knowledge of ITIL and BISL is a plus; 
• Experience in or an affinity for the healthcare sector is a plus. 

We work with a number of key suppliers, including Xelion for telephony, Cinnovate for nurse call systems, Samsung for smartphones, and Extreme for networking. Familiarity with these products is a plus.
