What will you be doing?

As a Functional Administrator on Arkin’s PSA team, you bridge the gap between technology and people. You make our HR and payroll processes smarter, faster, and future-proof by optimizing our HR systems. You translate HR processes into digital workflows, with an eye for both the details and the bigger picture.

You are the go-to expert when it comes to functional management and application management. With your knowledge of laws and regulations, you ensure reliable service for colleagues and management. Change initiatives, big or small? You tackle them with energy and drive. With us, you’ll have plenty of freedom to chart your own course and help build innovative solutions that benefit the entire organization. You will be working with the You Force/Beaufort HR system from VismaRaet and the OWS scheduling package from Ortec

We offer you:

  • Terms of employment in accordance with the GGZ Collective Bargaining Agreement, pay scale 45 (min. €3,020 and max. €4,057 gross based on a 36-hour workweek);
  • This is a one-year contract for 32 to 36 hours per week, with the intention of converting it to a permanent position after six months, provided the employee performs well;
  • An end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, 8.33% vacation pay;
  • You are building up a solid retirement pension with the Healthcare & Welfare Pension Fund.

What do you bring to the table?

You are customer-focused, analytical, and enjoy creating and improving (digital) processes. You switch easily between daily tasks and projects, enjoy working with others to achieve the best results, and value a positive working environment.

You should also bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in human resources/payroll administration;
  • Experience as a functional administrator with HR (human resources) systems and scheduling systems;
  • Excellent proficiency in Word and Excel;
  • A customer-focused, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach.

Arkin’s PSA team is part of the People & Organization department. The team consists of 24 colleagues, who are divided among PSA functional management, absence administration, payroll administration, and HR administration. The PSA team also works in a hybrid model. Employees can work either from home or from Arkin’s headquarters on Klaprozenweg in Amsterdam North on the NDSM site.

The PSA team ensures reliable and effective HR and payroll administration and assists managers and employees with procedures, policies, and collective bargaining agreement issues. They also handle absence tracking and schedule management for the organization.
