Full-Stack Developer
We are Stager, and we run the most comprehensive event management and ticketing platform on the planet. We partner with great music venues, clubs, theaters, festivals, and other event organizers in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium to help make their events a success. They use Stager to plan their productions and staff, handle marketing, and sell tickets through our platform.
About half of our team consists of developers. We work from our office on Zomerhofstraat in Rotterdam.
What will you be doing?
As a web developer at Stager, you’ll be involved in every stage of the development process, from design to coding, and from release to maintenance. You’ll contribute to all in-house development, both front-end and back-end. You’ll also work closely with the rest of the team to create a great user experience.
About you
- You have proven experience with web technologies, SQL, and a statically typed object-oriented programming language;
- You have experience with various back-end languages. We use Java and Kotlin, WebSockets and Redis for our virtual waiting room, and Docker for the entire development-to-production pipeline;
- You have experience with testing and debugging;
- You are a good communicator and solution-oriented;
- You work independently, but keep your team informed;
- You live in the Netherlands and have a residence or work permit.
