With your big-picture perspective, decisiveness, and people skills, you’ll ensure that our flexible employees can do their jobs as effectively as possible. As a Flex Coordinator, you are responsible for one or more specialties within Arkin. You manage your own account and hold quarterly meetings with the managers of the specialties in your account. You operate at the intersection of operations and strategy: close to the front lines, yet always keeping the bigger picture in mind. You guide flex employees throughout their careers at Arkin—from onboarding to career advancement and, unfortunately, sometimes also through separation. You regularly conduct meaningful conversations about performance, development, employability, and absenteeism. You support flex employees during short- and long-term absences and know how to act within the framework of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. You also conduct job interviews independently and are confident in making clear decisions when necessary. You are the primary point of contact for questions or issues. In this role, you fulfill a coaching and managerial role, with a high degree of autonomy and the freedom to determine your own approach.
