Where will you be working?
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Finance team
within our Finance & Control department (approximately 18 employees). You will assist in the execution
and oversight of various tasks within financial administration. Together with your immediate
colleagues, you will ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly.
What will you be doing?
- You will review and process
purchase invoices;
- You will create and process
sales invoices;
- You will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- You will review submitted
financial documents for accuracy and compliance with laws and
regulations;
- You will manage the
purchase order administration;
- In this role, you will eventually
have the opportunity to gradually expand your responsibilities and
continue to develop your skills.
What do you
bring to the table?
- At least a high school diploma;
- Several years of relevant
work experience in the field of financial administration;
- Proficiency in the Dutch
language, both spoken and written;
- A proactive work ethic,
perseverance, and team spirit;
- An organized and meticulous approach
to work.
What do we offer?
- Salary and specific responsibilities within the above-mentioned
duties depend on education and experience. In accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for higher professional education (CBA-HBO),
the gross monthly salary for full-time employment is scale 8 (€3,353.32
to €4,595.29);
- Vacation pay (8%) and a year-end bonus of
8.3%;
- Option to work partly from home;
- The appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal
subject to satisfactory performance;
