FILM CONSULTANT (0.8–1 FTE)
specializing in animation
To promote a diverse range of films, the fund places great importance on diversity of voices within the organization. That is why we are specifically looking for candidates who can bring different perspectives to the table. Can you contribute to this?
Who are we looking for?
As a film consultant, you will be at the heart of the organization and play a central role in the artistic and content-based assessment, advising, and selection of film projects submitted for development and production. You will provide feedback to the team of producer, director, and screenwriter based on the applications. Drawing on your expertise and combination of knowledge, practical experience, and skills, you will contribute to the fund’s policy. Film consultants work on applications across all film categories, including feature films, animation, documentaries, hybrid films, experimental films, and short films. Specifically, we are looking for a specialist in animation with an eye for and commitment to talent development.

Terms of Employment A competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications, in pay scale 12, with a minimum of €4,108.08 and a maximum of €6,105.87 (based on the pay scales of the CAO-Rijk), 8% vacation pay, a year-end bonus, and good fringe benefits, enrollment in a pension plan, training, and opportunities to return to the sector.
We are initially offering a one-year contract, with the possibility of extending it for up to five years. We would be happy to explain this in more detail during the hiring process.
