Your expertise ensures that all these processes run smoothly, connecting hundreds of schools and companies and enabling tens of thousands of children to participate in our projects.

What you will be doing

As a Functional Application Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our core application, Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’ve customized Dynamics to support all our primary processes, from planning Bliksem internships to account management, fundraising, and marketing activities. Dynamics serves as our “single source of truth” when it comes to data, so your understanding of these processes and your ability to translate them into the application are essential. Your focus is on automation and consistency, continuously developing Dynamics to reduce the workload for our colleagues at JINC. In addition to Dynamics, the team also manages AFAS (for Finance & HR) and PowerBI for the management dashboards.

You will be working as part of a team of two application administrators, where you, as the experienced team member, will take the lead and mentor a junior colleague. The team also includes six other colleagues who fill various roles within JINC’s digitalization team.

This is what your workday will look like

You start your day with a digital morning meeting with your colleagues who work at various locations throughout the Randstad. You work on the new sales funnel in Dynamics and test the setup with the target audience. In your inbox, you’ll find questions from the fundraising department that you’ll address using your expertise. After lunch, you’ll work on internal updates, such as the management information dashboard in PowerBI. You’ll also handle complex incidents that affect the operation of Dynamics and help resolve these challenges.

You’ll also stay up to date on the latest trends and developments from Microsoft/Dynamics and assess what’s appropriate for JINC: how can we make even better use of our systems? In addition, you’ll be eager to acquire new knowledge in your role as a Functional Application Manager at JINC.

You'll recognize yourself in this

• You have several years of experience managing a Dynamics environment.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools is a major plus.
• Familiarity with Customer Voice, Customer Insights, PowerBI, and/or AFAS.
• You are meticulous, proactive, and inquisitive.
• You enjoy coming up with solutions and learning new processes.

• JINC follows the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, with a starting salary in pay grade 8 (€3,409 to a maximum of €4,051 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek).
