Sustainability Manager

What will you be doing?

We

We are looking for a passionate Sustainability Manager to serve as the face of our organization

in the field of sustainability. You will work closely with our

CSR Officer and communicates our sustainability strategy both internally and externally

to implement and apply. With your intrinsic motivation and drive, you

your impact on the (work)wear industry.

• Sustainability Strategy

  Implement: You stay on track with our sustainability strategy and put it into action

  leads to concrete actions within our organization and inspires all departments to

  achieve their goals under the sustainable strategic pillar.

• Compliance and

  Certifications: You will coordinate compliance checks for audits and

  certifications and monitors the implementation of preventive and corrective

  measures.

• Reports

  and reporting: You prepare sustainability reports and present them to

  management.

• Initiating

  Projects: You will initiate and oversee projects to help us achieve our business objectives

  achieve.

• Customer contact

  and advice: You advise customers on sustainable choices and participate in trade shows

  and events.

• Stakeholder management:

  You maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and

  convinces them of our sustainable approach.

• You went to

  strategic focus, but this is not always obvious to all of our customers

  Knowledge of audits, certifications, and reporting. Knowledge of CSRD is a plus.

  at the level of a college or university degree

  experience with stakeholder management and sustainability issues.
