ICT Teacher

What will you be doing?

You will teach courses in the Expert IT Systems and Devices and All-Round IT Assistant programs in subject areas such as data communication, network management, hardware, and virtualization. You will encourage your Level 3 and 4 IT students to engage in independent and collaborative learning. Initially, the focus will be on data communication and network management; over time, other responsibilities such as career guidance will be added. You will work closely with your immediate colleagues within the team. Strong social and communication skills are required.

You inspire and motivate students to grow, and you are committed to the team’s goals. Together with your colleagues and the program manager, you know how to achieve these goals. In addition, you are communicative, proactive, and flexible, and you think and act with a focus on opportunities and possibilities. You quickly master new skills and understand the norms of the educational field.
In addition, we would like to see the following:
- Demonstrable college-level work and thinking skills
- A relevant teaching certification is preferred

We want you to join our team. And we’re willing to make it worth your while. You’ll start with a one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal. We offer a gross monthly salary between €3,532 and €5,228 (scale LB) based on a 40-hour workweek.
