Do you enjoy taking the reins and want to serve as the link between management, advisory groups, and staff departments? Do you dive into (new) projects with energy—covering administrative processes, (preparing) policy and operations, legal due diligence, and quality management? Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting TwynstraGudde’s management and Supervisory Board, and contribute to achieving our organizational goals? Then we’re looking for you!
As a management consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting administrative processes within our consulting firm.
In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the liaison between senior management, the various advisory groups, and the staff departments. You will also support the supervisory board.
In your role, you’ll interact with various colleagues and external partners on a daily basis. You know how to engage and motivate the right people and ensure they know where to find you. In this way, you drive progress and help achieve goals.
In addition, you will monitor our quality standards and be responsible for liaising with external parties regarding our certifications.
You will also serve as the organization’s legal advisor and assist advisory groups with general legal questions. If specialized (legal) questions arise, you will consult with external lawyers and/or other external advisors. You will also carry out internal projects aimed at improving our operations and be involved in policy development.
Through your work, you will contribute to the effective and efficient achievement of our organization’s goals. You will have the freedom to organize your work and decide how best to achieve your goals. Your ideas and initiatives are valued!
In addition to your resume, we’re especially interested in getting to know you, your motivations, and your personal growth. Even if you don’t see yourself reflected 100% in the description, don’t hesitate to apply. We may be able to determine during an interview whether we’re a good fit for each other.
