
As an executive secretary, your primary responsibility is to support the director and the management team in carrying out their duties for the organization. You will work closely with the director, the managers, the board secretary, and staff members.
Your main responsibilities will be:

You can easily switch between the administrative and operational levels, including in your communication. You are good at holding colleagues accountable for agreements made. You take initiative, are reflective, and place a high value on integrity.
The PO-Raad offers a competitive salary (scale 10, Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universities; starting salary based on education and work experience, up to €4,670 per month for full-time employment), an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%, and an excellent benefits package, including a strong pension plan through the ABP and partially paid parental leave. A combination of remote and in-office work is well-suited to this position. Additionally, you will work in a professional team, and there is always room for personal development.
The PO-Raad is the umbrella organization for the primary education sector. The association represents the common interests of school organizations in (special) primary education.
