We are committed to providing high-quality, accessible education for every child between the ages of 4 and 18. Every child is different, learns differently, and develops in their own way. You maintain a broad perspective. At the same time, you play a key role in identifying and prioritizing urgent issues within the core process, and in consultation with the members of the executive boards, you help build a robust consultation and governance structure, with the goal of ensuring decisions are made where they belong. As an organizational and behavioral expert, you will engage with the relevant principals and headmasters to jointly develop a well-functioning executive meeting process. In addition, you will ensure that the right topics are brought to the appropriate executive meetings.

For principals and cluster directors, you are the first point of contact for the executive office and assist them with issues related to decision-making and coordination. You advise and support the executive secretary and the Executive Board on matters concerning decision-making structures and processes.
