Arkin Finance comprises several departments, including Healthcare Sales, Financial Administration, Healthcare Administration, and Control. You are the connecting link that ensures information, agreements, and people work together seamlessly.
As an executive secretary, you provide professional and process-oriented secretarial support. You manage complex schedules and oversee the executive team’s correspondence and email. You incorporate input from the executive team into the annual plan and quarterly reports. You organize and ensure efficient and optimal planning of work activities. You prepare meetings and facilitate the recording and follow-up of agreements and decisions made during meetings, and provide support with reports and presentations. This also includes drafting letters, emails, memos, PowerPoint presentations, and any news releases. You also organize events.
You will work alongside the Finance Department’s administrative assistant, and you will cover for each other when one of you is absent. Together, you will ensure that someone is physically present on-site throughout the week. You will serve as the department’s eyes and ears and handle gestures of support during both happy and difficult times. You will assist with projects and perform light HR administrative tasks, such as recording leave hours and processing changes and alerts in the HR information system.
