Eigenwijks is looking for a
Executive Assistant (24 hours per week)
As an executive assistant, you will support the director and the management team with secretarial, organizational, and administrative tasks.
What will you be doing?
- You will manage our director’s sometimes complex schedule.
- You prioritize and organize the various streams of information that come in to her and the organization.
- You prepare for meetings—both in terms of content and logistics—take minutes, and ensure that tasks and priorities are followed up on.
- You will serve as the point of contact and the face of the company to external stakeholders.
- You will independently organize meetings and gatherings.
- You proactively identify issues and propose solutions.
- You draft agreements and contracts.
- You are the first point of contact for job applicants and handle all related correspondence.
- You’ll work alongside your colleagues in the planning department, and we’ll cover for each other as needed.
We ask
- HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience of several years in a similar position, involving complex schedule management and substantive support for management.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge and experience using Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments.
- A proactive attitude and a flexible mindset.
- Ability to switch quickly between various tasks, handle stress effectively, and work with precision.
- Helpful and service-oriented.
- A high degree of independence.
- Analytical skills.
