
Heritage Gelderland aims to improve the quality of heritage information. This involves both all aspects of digitizing collections and images, as well as encouraging the development of collection plans and integrating collection management into the overall organization. The Collectie Gelderland platform was established to address digitization, facilitating collaboration to make Gelderland’s heritage collections more durable, usable, and visible. The collaboration involves more than 70 heritage organizations, whose working methods align with the national Digital Heritage Strategy of the Digital Heritage Network (NDE).
Erfgoed Gelderland is a nonprofit organization serving the heritage sector in Gelderland. As a foundation and cooperative comprising nearly 250 heritage organizations in Gelderland, we offer support and advice to museums, historical societies, and other heritage institutions, helping them leverage their own strengths to manage collections and present stories. We do this through training, consulting, and process guidance. Our strength lies in recognizing the passion of heritage managers and using it to foster entrepreneurship, mutual cooperation, and self-reliance. Our mission is: Together, giving the past a future.

The Gelderland Heritage Foundation adheres to the Museum Collective Labor Agreement. The position is valued at agross monthly salaryof between€2,850 and €3,041 for a full-time position. Salary will be determined based on knowledge and experience.
The appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal.
