What will you be doing?
- As a data analyst, your primary focus is on analyzing (customer) data. You advise colleagues in your role as a data strategist. And you work closely with database and online marketers to provide better insight into the contribution of individual channels and campaigns.
- You provide advice on how to use data effectively to optimize the customer journey. You also contribute ideas on how to implement this in terms of content, target audiences, channels, and actionable strategies.
- You will contribute to the high-quality management of data and ensure that it is made available to colleagues in an appropriate manner.
- You will support our teams with data insights through regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards. You will also strive to present and visualize these insights in a clear and accessible way.
What are you bringing?
- You are able to translate marketing strategies into data, and your analysis of the data into marketing strategies.
- You have experience managing, analyzing, and using data files in a targeted manner.
- You're interested in data platforms that effectively combine offline and online data streams.
- You speak Dutch.
- You are socially engaged.
- You have relevant work experience.
- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
Who do you work with?
You will be part of the Data team, where you will work closely with a database marketer, a data engineer, and application administrators. You will report to the team coordinator. The Data team is part of the Communications and Fundraising department. Drawing on your expertise in data, you will support colleagues working on public campaigns. This means you will collaborate with campaign managers, online marketers, and fundraisers.

- A salary ranging from €3,470 to €5,338 for full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience. At Milieudefensie, this is a 37.5-hour workweek.
