Data Consultant

Here's what you'll be doing

Due to our current growth, we are looking to expand our entrepreneurial and pioneering data team. As a project manager or consultant, you will help Morgens and its clients do things better, smarter, or differently by leveraging the opportunities that data offers. 

Your role in this is to ensure that our work becomes more data-driven, that new insights are gained, and that innovation is fostered. This includes developing a data strategy, implementing data-driven practices on the work floor, creating dashboards, and advising on data governance solutions. We are looking for a colleague who identifies opportunities in these areas and devises, coordinates, and implements smart applications. This can be done within existing or new projects.

Who We Are

Since our founding in 2001, our consultants have been helping organizations in the healthcare, government, and education sectors build greater capacity for progress, so they are ready for the challenges of tomorrow. Better tomorrow than today. This applies both to the organizations we work for and to ourselves. We have an enthusiastic, enterprising, motivated, and growing team of nearly 60 employees.

Our consultants don’t write lengthy reports or take over the entire organization. The client remains in charge of the change, and we act as facilitators. We have specialized market knowledge and are familiar with the stakeholders, regulations, and relevant developments. We focus on the human side of change and ensure buy-in and sustainable behavioral change.

Job Requirements

We hope that you

In addition, you have

• A completed university degree
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch (this is a requirement)
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile techniques is a plus
• Relevant work experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field (e.g., through a data traineeship)
• Knowledge of BI tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, SAS VA, or Tableau
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• The ability to extract and visualize useful insights from (big) data
• Demonstrable interest and experience in improving and transforming organizations through the use of data
