
We are Stager, and we run the most comprehensive event management and ticketing platform on the planet. We partner with great music venues, clubs, theaters, festivals, and other event organizers in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium to help make their events a success. They use Stager to plan their productions and staff, handle marketing, and sell tickets through our platform.
We call our tool the “virtual backstage” of event organization. With Stager, organizers handle pre-production and schedule their teams. Stager also includes a customer relationship management system and allows you to send professional email campaigns. Last but not least: sell tickets through our ticket shop, which you can scan using the Stager app.
As a customer support / office manager, you are an open, communicative, and productive person. You are in constant contact with our wonderful Stager users and ticket buyers to help them with any issues or questions they may have. In addition, you work with the rest of the team to ensure that the information provided to our customers is always up to date. When it comes to office management, you ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly at our office.
Similar work experience is a plus, but not required.
