Milieudefensie has been working toward a sustainable and just world for over 50 years. In the Netherlands, nearly 200,000 change-makers actively contribute to our campaigns in all sorts of ways. More than 100,000 members and donors, along with several major endowment funds, make our campaigns financially possible. This is what we’re fighting for right now: ensuring that major polluters contribute to solving the climate crisis. We can only achieve this if we apply pressure together with many change-makers. What will you be doing?

Our work relies on impactful campaigns, engagement with members and donors, and data-driven communication. The Procurios CRM system plays a key role in this—from member management and fundraising to email campaigns and marketing automation.

As a CRM application administrator, you serve as the link between the technical side and the users. You ensure that the system runs smoothly, meets the needs of your colleagues, and that data quality and processes are properly safeguarded.

You manage and configure the Procurios CRM & marketing automation system (users, permissions, fields, workflows).
You document changes to the layout and processes.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues who have questions or issues regarding CRM usage.
You identify opportunities for improvement in functionality and user experience.
You will work with suppliers (Procurios) on updates and changes.
You will assist with testing and implementing new features.

What are you bringing?

Experience with CRM application management, preferably with Procurios or a similar CRM system.
An affinity for data-driven work and marketing automation.
You have a structured, analytical approach to your work and an eye for detail.
You have strong communication skills: you can easily switch between technical matters and end users.
You have experience with rights management, workflows, and data fields.
You enjoy keeping up with the latest developments in data and applying them where necessary.
You speak Dutch and live in the Netherlands. Experience with documentation, process descriptions, or data quality is a plus.
Experience with member and donor administration is preferred.

Who do you work with?

You will work closely with the CRM & data specialist, the database marketer, the data analysts, the data engineer, email marketers, and fundraisers. You will report to the Data Team Leader. The team is part of the Communications & Fundraising Department.

A starting salary, depending on your knowledge and experience, ranging from €3,500 to €4,300 for full-time employment. At Milieudefensie, this is a 37.5-hour workweek.
