Corporate Recruiter

What will you be doing in your role as a Recruiter?

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Greener in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and develop a clear picture of the skills and qualities required for each role. Using this knowledge, you’ll develop recruitment strategies—such as sourcing, interview training, and employer branding—to ensure we find the perfect match.

But your role isn’t limited to talent acquisition. You’ll take the lead on the entire recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently—from the moment a job posting goes live through to the onboarding of new team members. Using your organizational skills, you’ll manage applications, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process, with a focus on the candidate experience.

You’ll be part of our enthusiastic People & Culture team, reporting to the Head of People and working closely with the HR Business Partner and People Operations Specialist. Together, we’ll work toward our team goals to help Greener grow and further strengthen the Greener culture.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• You take the initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available for 32 hours per week
