We are currently looking for a:
Corporate recruiter (0.8 FTE / 30 hours per week).
What will you be doing?
As a corporate recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process and play a key role in labor market communications and onboarding. Your responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Selection
- You will draft compelling job postings and publish them through the appropriate channels.
- You schedule interviews and invite candidates, guide them through the process, and are actively involved in making job offers and finalizing the process.
- You advise the internal organization and hiring managers on inclusive recruitment strategies and the filling of job openings.
- In addition, you will eventually be responsible for screening resumes and conducting brief initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability and motivation.
Labor Market Communication
- There is a plan in place for labor market communications. You will be responsible for rolling it out, developing policies, and enhancing Milieudefensie’s visibility as an attractive employer.
- You're looking for creative and effective ways to reach the right target audiences.
Onboarding
- Together with a colleague, you will work on a well-organized onboarding process. Your task is to further develop the existing plan and ensure that new colleagues feel welcome and get off to a good start.
Implementation of an Applicant Tracking System
- We are switching to AFAS OutSite as our recruitment ATS. You will play a key role in implementing this system and ensuring that it aligns well with our recruitment processes.
Diversity and Inclusion
- You actively contribute to inclusive recruitment and selection, with a focus on diversity and equal opportunity.
- A training program that includes recruitment is ready for our managers. You will be responsible for finalizing and supporting this program once all management positions have been filled.
What are you bringing?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and are familiar with projects such as onboarding and labor market communication.
- You take responsibility for your work and have a proactive attitude; you identify opportunities and turn them into concrete actions that benefit our organization.
- You enjoy developing and implementing policies, and have a knack for employer branding.
- You’re a good planner, organized, and self-reliant, but you also enjoy working with others.
- You have strong communication skills, are a good listener, and are persuasive.

Who do you work with?
You will be part of the HR team, which consists of an HR manager, a strategic HR advisor, two HR advisors, an HR assistant, and an integrity and safety coordinator.

- A one-year contract with the option to extend.
- A salary ranging from €3,560 to €5,476 for full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience. At Milieudefensie, the workweek is 37.5 hours.
