NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed shows such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Andere Tijden*, *Dream School*, and *Kunststof*. In the fields of culture, information, education, and science, we offer content for all audiences, with programs and platforms that inspire and lead to new insights and personal growth.
The NTR Classical Music and Dance editorial team produces the weekly live television program *Podium Klassiek*, the annual King’s Day Concert on NPO2, and the radio programs *NTR Podium*, *Podium op Zaterdag*, *Diskotabel*, *NTR Opera Live!*, and *Het NTR Avondconcert* on NPO Klassiek. There is also the NTR ZaterdagMatinee series, which organizes 32 concerts each year from the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, broadcast live on NPO Klassiek. On NPO2 extra, dance programs such as Podium Dans, Danshuis, and Podium Klassiek Specials are regular features. NTR Klassiek is active on social media, produces podcasts and podcast series, and maintains an online presence with multiple titles.

Coordinating Producer for Classical Music and Dance
(32–36 hours per week)As Coordinating Producer, you are responsible for the annual schedule and staffing plan for the Classical Music and Dance editorial team. You assist the editor-in-chief throughout the entire editorial process, from commissioning to production. You also handle operational HR tasks.
What is expected of you?
- You will ensure optimal staffing and the efficient deployment of all employees within the thematic editorial team
- You provide operational guidance to production staff; you possess leadership skills and encourage the production team to pursue professional growth, collaboration, and personal development
- You review the program budgets prepared by the producer
- You monitor compliance with program budgets and take steps to improve efficiency
- You will coordinate efforts related to securing co-financing, contracts, and budgets with external producers
- You will be responsible for subscribing to classical music and dance programs on NPO
- Together with the Editor-in-Chief, you will develop a clear vision for integrated programming and have proven experience with the internet and social media
- You will prepare productions and coordinate programming in the editorial departments in consultation with the editor-in-chief and the managing director
- You will prepare the annual plans and staffing plans
- You assess the feasibility of new program formats and concepts in terms of programming, staffing, facilities, and finances
- You report on financial progress to the business director

Here's what we offer:
A one-year contract through December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is classified within salary grade J (between €4,354.86 and €7,047.84) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms of employment also comply with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting staff.
