
The NTR Culture Department produces radio, TV, and online content about music, festivals, and culture—a culture characterized by diversity and a variety of influences. In our collaboration with NPO CAMPUS, we coordinate the training station where new talents—who are being trained to eventually work at NPO Radio 2, NPO-3FM, Radio 1, FunX, and NPO Klassiek—produce their programs.

We are currently seeking a Coordinator for NPO CAMPUS RADIO
·Take charge of the day-to-day management of CAMPUS Radio, including all responsibilities related to the broadcast studio and the station’s programming;
·Work alongside the Recruitment, Selection & Coaching Coordinator and a Marketing & PR Coordinator to form the NPO CAMPUS team, with the goal of training new DJ talent for the NPO stations;
·In close consultation with the Recruitment, Selection & Coaching Coordinator, organize workshops and coaching sessions for high-potential employees and facilitate program evaluations;
·Manage broadcast schedules, audio production, and technical requirements.
·A passionate radio professional with a vision: you know how to inspire the radio talent of the future;
·Enjoys mentoring and developing talent;
·Open and approachable, and you know how to convey your love for radio;
·Familiar with everything that goes on and needs to be done in a radio studio;
·A team player with a strong sense of responsibility who is good at brainstorming and enjoys working with young people;
·Skilled in design;
·A structured worker;
·Clear in your communication; you’re good at explaining what you mean;
·Someone who identifies with the NPO’s values and understands what it takes to create a recognizable, public radio program.
A collective bargaining agreement (CBA) contract valid through December 31, 2024, with the possibility of extension. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position is compensated within salary grade G (€3,118.48 – €4,757.41) of the CBA for broadcasting personnel.
